Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse

I decided to do the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse. I started it yesterday and Day 1 was not too bad. The only thing I had was a slight headache, but I think that was from the lack of caffeine. I did not feel hungry. The other nice thing about this cleanse is you do eat regular food so you don’t feel like you are just drinking liquid all day long.

Today is Day 2 and going much better than yesterday. I barely had a headache today and I feel really good. I actually feel lighter.

Day 3 was probably the best day. I had no headache and I had a lot more energy.

My Results:
I am happy to say that I lost 2 lbs and 1 inch from doing the cleanse. Results are different for everyone. I have seen in some posts that with each cleanse you get more results. You want to do this every 3 months so mine will be Nov which is perfect…. right before the holidays.

Food Tip for the Week – A shout out to my sister who introduced me to this wonderful item. It is at Whole Foods & is called Smoked Apple Sage & can be found around the dairy section of the store. It is vegetarian grain meal sausages & it tastes amazing. If she hadn’t told me I would have thought it was a meat sausage. … We had it with lentils over either brown rice or quinoa. Always be open to trying something new.
