This DVD was created to share fitness and health. Give it to someone who hasn’t worked out in a while or who just needs a kick-start. Beachbody isn’t just about getting super fit, we’re about helping everyone get access to improved health and fitness at any point in their lives. Let’s spread the word! Pay It Forward!

I was so excited when I saw this DVD was coming out. I first got into Beachbody to transform myself physically. I have found that it is not just a transformation physically, but also spiritually and mentally. The other day it was asked of the coaches to find their WHY.
Why do you want to be a coach? I will blog on the site about my WHY, but this is a big portion. I want to help people get healthy.
