My Why & Gift Idea

I have been asked why did I become a coach with Beachbody. The first time I was asked to become a coach I said no because I didn’t think I was ready. I was told by two good friends that I was perfect to be a coach because I would be doing this journey right along with them and I would understand the hurdles my customers would be having.

I became a coach and I have been excited about being a part of Beachbody. The other night I was watching Tony Horton’s Pay it Forward and in watching it got me thinking about my Dad. He was a man that didn’t have a life long battle with weight. He was a man like so many that the weight just crept up on him. I watched him struggle with the weight he had gained. I loved him so much and I wanted so much for him to not struggle. Then I watched him start to change his life and he was so happy.. I would be so proud when I would be driving home and pulling down our street I would see him outside walking. He would make sure his food was measured before it went on his plate and he kept the most accurate food journal. He was so determined to make this change. Even on days when it would be hard he never gave up. I am so proud to say he lost 100 lbs in a year. I am also saddened to say that we lost him. I will never forget his fight and determination. He is my WHY.

Why am I a coach? I want to help people change their lives and become healthy. I want to help dads, moms, sisters, brothers, and friends change their lives so they can be there to see all the amazing events that are still to come. I will be a support system and a cheerleader for YOU!. I would be honored if you choose me as your coach.

Last year I gave health baskets to my family. My families health is the most important thing to me. They are my heart. I showed them natural sugar substitues, green tea and I personally chose and wrote out healthy food recipes.
